My name is Sophia and  I am a stained glass artist currently studying architectural art glass in university. My passion for glass art began when I was a child and has only grown stronger with time. This website is a way for me to share my work with the world and give people a glimpse into my artistic process. I strive to create pieces that are not only beautiful, but also meaningful - works that evoke emotion and tell a story.

As an artist, I draw my inspiration from history, architecture, animals and nature. And that love and passion have become the foundation of my glass art. I believe that every piece of glass I create should tell a unique story and capture the essence of its surroundings. I use traditional techniques alongside innovative processes to create pieces that are both stylish and timeless. I'm excited to share my passion for glass art with you and hope that you will find a piece that speaks to you.I am fascinated by the beauty of nature, and I work hard to combine that beauty with the complexity of glass. From traditional stained glass techniques to my nonconventional approach, each piece is an expression of my creativity and is handcrafted with precision and care.

My current aim is to create my own techniques using nonconventional materials used in creating a stained glass window, to showcase the detail of nature and combine it with glass. I intend to create stained glass pieces of art in a 3D manner in the future to test my limits and see how far I can push myself out of the box.

 

My work has been has in magzaines, including the esteemed CGS  New Graduate Review 2022 , New Glass art & architecture.
